Business listing problems

If public business information looks incorrect, check whether the listing is claimed and managed by the owner.

Claim problems

Claims require a verified user account and a business-domain email matching the listing website domain.

Reviews

Only published reviews appear publicly. Owners can respond to published reviews from the dashboard.

Billing

Subscription status is managed per business entity. See Pricing and Billing & Refunds for current plan information.
