AI providers, payment processors, and email services may process data according to their own terms when enabled.

Subscriptions

Paid features, when available, are governed by the active plan version and billing policy shown at purchase time.

Limitation of liability

EBS24 is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, EBS24 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of listing or visibility information.

Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.
